Benefits of Sponsorship

• All sponsors contributing $4,000 or more will be listed on a Sponsor Recognition page in the 91涩漫 2017 Annual Meeting Program鈥攃irculation of thousands in print distribution and viewable to all Annual Meeting attendees on the 2017 website. This page will list all sponsors and the items sponsored. (Sponsorships must be paid in full by February 24, 2017 to be included in the program)
• Sponsors contributing $5,000 or more will have their company logo placed on the Official Welcome Sponsorship Meter Board displayed outside the Exhibit Hall. (Sponsorships must be paid in full by February 24, 2017 to be included in the program)
• All sponsors will receive special recognition throughout the meeting by category of sponsorship

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

[New] Cling or Wrap Signage 鈥� Brand the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center with your logo! Buy a wrap advertisement to go on escalators or columns around the Convention Center, or go with a floor cling sign that will point attendees towards your booth. Be seen at the 91涩漫 2017 Annual Meeting! $5,000 per sign.

[New] Water Station 鈥� Water stations will be conveniently placed throughout the convention space for attendees to refill their water bottles, and each water station will include the sponsor鈥檚 name and logo. This opportunity provides your company/institution with visibility all over the convention center. The attendees will be sure to remember your company name! $10,000 for exclusive sponsorship of all water stations in the center. Alternatively, your company can sponsor two (2) water stations for $2,500 or one (1) for $1,500.

[New] Hotel Key Cards 鈥� Be noticed first! This exclusive sponsorship includes your company/institution logo on the Hotel Key Cards at 3 of our Headquarters Hotels for maximum exposure. $10,000 for each hotel.

[New] Yoga/Zumba Class 鈥� Sponsor a morning workout for conference attendees. Sponsors will receive branding in event promotions, marketing and materials. Yoga/Zumba classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday of the annual meeting. There is one opportunity each day. There will be a nominal cost for the attendees to attend. $3,000 for this fun and unique opportunity the attendees are sure to remember!

[New] Exhibit Hall Prize Card and Hall Map 鈥� Sponsor the exhibit prize card and lottery for 2017! Last year this game was a big hit with meeting attendees and exhibitors. Have your logo on all exhibit hall floorplans and the exhibit prize cards. $5,000 for the exclusive sponsorship.

[New] Charging Stations 鈥� Attendees will need to recharge their smartphones, tablets and laptops throughout the meeting. 91涩漫 will provide charging stations branded with your logo throughout the Convention Center and Grand Hyatt. This sponsorship includes signage acknowledging your sponsorship and a listing on the website. $2,000 for two (2) stations. $1,000 for one (1) station.

Reception Sponsorship (SOLD to UTSA) 鈥� 91涩漫 hosts a variety of high profile receptions throughout the meeting. These include but are not limited to: the Opening Reception, Publications Reception, Presidential Champagne Toast, Awards Luncheon and Welcoming Orientation for New Members and First-Time Attendees and many others. Be seen by our attendees when you sponsor a reception with us! Price includes listing on the online and print programs (if sponsorship is received before the print deadline), the 91涩漫 website, and reception signage.
