This report is the result of a collaborative initiative of the 91ɬÂþ (91ɬÂþ), the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME), and Women in Measurement (WIM) aimed at understanding the current state of gender and racial equity within the educational measurement field. Based on a survey of professionals’ experiences and perceptions, the study documents disparities across racial and gender groups and offers recommendations for creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive profession.
