Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved a block of rooms at the following rate until Sept. 9, 2024. When making your reservation, be sure to reference code G-LO71. The hotel will not guarantee you a room or the negotiated rate after Sept. 9. We ask that you please use our room block and code to book, as third-party sites are usually a higher rate. We will be hosting breakout sessions at both meetings and they must be PRE-SELECTED before the day of the event. Many of the breakout sessions are limited on the number of attendees, so you will want to sign up for them ASAP. After you register for the meeting, you will receive a confirmation with hyperlinks to sign up for your sessions. Please contact chapter staff if you have not received your confirmation email after registering. You should also check your junkmail folder.
