Updated in October 2013 this guide is intended to serve as a practical resource for internists on health system reform legislation titled the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) that was enacted in March 2010. The Guide is organized by the year in which a policy is to be implemented making it apparent as to when the new policies will impact physicians and patients.
