About 91ɬÂþ The 91ɬÂþ is a community of education researchers in the United States and around the world that connects and advances the field. 91ɬÂþ publishes leading research journals, convenes the Annual Meeting, provides professional and career resources, and gives members a collective voice on federal education and science issues.
Members consistently tell us that their Division or Special Interest Group (SIG) is where they found their closest professional community, mentors, and collaborators within 91ɬÂþ.
Renewing for 2027? Before you pay, make sure your Division and SIG selections are current. Every membership includes one Division at no extra cost. If you don't see one on your account, log in and add it first, because affiliations can't be added or changed at checkout.
New to 91ɬÂþ? Divisions and SIGs are member communities organized around specific research areas and interests, from Curriculum Studies to Educational Statisticians. They're where many members find their closest professional connections. Browse the full list of Divisions and SIGs to see where you fit.
Adding or updating your Division and SIG affiliation takes just a few minutes. Log into your account to add yours back.
Who is eligible? Current 2026 members renewing for 2027, as well as new and lapsed members joining.
When does my membership start and end? January 1 – December 31, 2027.
Can I add Divisions and SIGs? Whatever SIG or Division affiliation is currently on your membership will appear automatically on your invoice and renewal page. To add or change an affiliation, log into your account and make the edit there; this is not part of the renewal checkout flow.
Did I lose my Division or SIG on purpose? No. This was an unintended side effect of the migration to our new membership system, not a change to your standing or a decision on our part.
How do I check whether I currently have one? Log into your account; your current Division and SIG affiliations, if any, will be listed there.
Is there a cost to add one back? Every membership includes one Division at no additional cost. Special Interest Groups (SIGs) carry an additional fee.
