ACP Interactive Modules
Caring with Compassion is a freely shared curriculum supporting health professionals who care for socioeconomically disadvantaged populations: homeless, uninsured, at-risk, and underserved patients. Clinicians will learn how to use team-based skills and the bio-psychosocial model to provide personalized care for at-risk patients.
This curriculum is designed to support independent, self-directed learning. There are 3 main components: online modules, a learning game called "Care Consequences," and a collection of implementation .
