Virtual Know Before You Go

We are here to help you plan ahead to ensure the virtual-based component of the 2023 91涩漫 Annual Meeting, May 4-5, is professionally rewarding for you. Please carefully review and take action on the following critical attendee items:

  1. Register for the Annual Meeting
    If you have not done so already, be sure to now and avoid the rush.
     
  2. Use the Annual Meeting Online Platform and Mobile App to Join the Virtual Component of the Annual Meeting
    The online platform and mobile app will provide access to live sessions, the searchable online program, and recordings of web-streamed sessions from the place-based component of the Annual Meeting in Chicago (April 13–16). Registrants who have already used the online platform or the mobile app have nothing more to do but to log in.

    Personalized links to claim online account access were e-mailed to registrants from 91涩漫 2023 (info@vfairs.com). Those who have registered for the meeting and have not received their link should first check their spam filter. Those who did not receive a link should email aera2023@getvfairs.io with their full name and the e-mail address they used when registering for the Annual Meeting. Registrants also received an email from vFairs with detailed instructions on downloading and using the app.
     
  3. Review Annual Meeting Policies for Ensuring an Inclusive and Welcoming Environment
    91涩漫 is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, welcoming, and productive environment for all 91涩漫 Meetings and Events. 91涩漫 expects that activities held under its auspices, whether in-person or virtual, promote the full participation or engagement and belonging of all attendees, and are free of harassment, unwelcoming or exclusionary conduct, or discriminatory actions or innuendo.
